Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund policy allows for refunds within the first 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the order has not been tampered with in any way. Please note that the derma roller is exempt from refunds.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please contact us by email at theoilinone@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on the following items:

• Derma roller

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
