Our refund policy allows for refunds within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been tampered with. Please note that we do not allow any returns.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, including the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please contact us by email at info@theoilinone.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Once we’ve processed your request, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
